That 'know' would have been helpful. I'm not picking on his grammar, I was literally unable to understand the statement because a critical verb was missing.
If I were being a grammar Nazi I would have pointed out that you did not capitalise Nazi.
I think the point he was making is native or not it was fairly obvious what they were trying to state.

It really didn't take that much effort to understand what he meant...
Like I said, I literally couldn't parse it. My wife is a non-native English speaker, so I'm familiar enough with piecing together the occasional jumbled sentence, but it just wasn't making sense.
