I love it, and I love the Cast timer and I love everything about Stoneskin II but does this mean CNJ is down 1 expansion move then the other classes or will this move cause a big readjustment to the class that will allow for SCH and new Healer to use it.

I hope the trait opens it up, where it can be used in the middle of combat, but would that create bigger ramification to the expansion abilities.
