Duality reads just like the new Barrage, its seems to be a duration like Barrage.
Well, from my understanding you'll just get the base version of the weaponskill added to your attacks. So if you do Gust Slash 200 potency + Base 100potency. Spinning Edge 150potency + Base 150potency. I'm not entirely sure how Aeolian Edge and Armor Crush will work though, because at their base in the right position they're 180(rear) and 160(flank) respectively.

I think it can go either way, since they didn't use a capital B for Combo bonus in Duality's tooltip while this one does. So they might be just using the word bonus normally rather than referring to that specific thing.Combo Action: Spinning Edge

Either way, it'll be pretty strong. But NIN isn't getting that much so these are the things we have to keep up.
And yea, I hope we can transfer all that enmity to the tank with Shadewalker.
Also, we have so many oGCDs now.
It'll take at least 30s after the start for us to get a rest and have everything running on cooldown, then using them will be more spread out.
But yea, our opening should be pretty crazy now, and it should still be fairly active afterwards.

Yea, well Duality uses it a bit vaguely so I wouldn't get my hopes up. I think they really just meant any bonuses associated with the combo, but I won't complain if we keep the potency.
Your point about the positional bonus with AE and ArC is interesting. I forgot that it's added on to the base rather than the combo.
I think it's a good thing so that weakest weaponskill doesn't get more benefit than our finisher.

AE is 100 potency by default
Combo Potency is 240
Rear Combo Potency is 320.

Yea, AE's non-combo potency from the rear position is 180.
So if Issou really stands up for whole 10 seconds instead of only for the next skill, the AE combo with it would do 1100 potency in 6 seconds instead of 670... that sounds sexy O_o
