    If they're a weird type of bad where they can actually pull DPS but care about their position on the aggro list, maybe? Or if you do like I did and accidentally use it on a tank. >_>

    In my defense, they had just died and the only difference between Goad and Smoke Screen on my layout is Ctrl vs Shift. >_>

    To be fair though, that wasn't as damning because I realized right away my mouseover missed and just didn't attack for a few seconds.
