Really curious what the usage will be for these two skills. It seems like...an interesting direction for NIN to get enmity control abilities (and two of the 6 at that!)

The first one you would use if you (or a party member) grabs aggro.
The second would be like a form of quelling strikes. So pop it before your burst damage so that you don't pull aggro (or same for party member)
Although to be quite honest I don't really see myself concentrating on other peoples aggro and typically when aggro is stolen it's me.

Yeah I get the actual use. I meant more as far as how "useful" they will be in regards to new content. On face value, they seem pretty limited to take up two skills. As for the 2nd one, there seems to be conflicting info. The first one you would use if you (or a party member) grabs aggro.

That last one said reduce by 80%, but I've also seen that its "transfer enmity from NIN to target", meaning its not usable by the caster.
