What they are saying is that all the parses in that screenshot on are on the same (the poster's) connection. So that post doesn't display the variance that can occur because of lag in and of itself.

It would be interesting to see a comparison for all classes then on the effect of that slight level of ping. It's true that his connection and ping jitter may not reflect what other experience as Mudra commands not registering or taking nearly a full GCD for each command it definitely looks like a good representation of the effect of ping/gameplay performance.
Comparing the first and last Parses with a difference of 12k Damage with nearly the same time stamp and Crit rate, that is quite a difference even if all of his TA's were crit.
Critting on the weakest skill vs TA should only be a difference of ~700 Damage each occurrence. (Worst Case scenario)
It would be better if he listed his total actions in that timeframe to get a look at the effects of ping delay on action queing, or if he was getting significant Mudra delay because of the ping differences, since it would have shown a lot less total weapon skills used due to CD que + Animation + ping delay with weaving, but that is significant for all Jobs regardless.

Sorry, yea this is what I meant when you take into account how short the parses were.
But I guess it does show some part of it.
It's just not a full test with just a few short interval entries by one guy just using WTFast.
It means something, and I don't even dispute the results. Just the methodology isn't enough to be conclusive.

im really starting to wonder if anyone even knows how to read that graph, there is literally nothing in the thread nor the pic that shows any changing in connection over the course of the tests, so everything your all arguing about is completely invalid.Sorry, yea this is what I meant when you take into account how short the parses were.

The picture shows the effect of ping on NIN's damage in increments of 10 ping. The top parse being 180 ping, while the bottom being 90. There is nothing invalid about the thread, if you took the time to read it you would be able to discern the information that I just posted.
