Never said goad was completely useless its just 1/4 as effective now as it was on release and may become less effective depending how things turn out with monks

How is it 1/4 less effective. There's still a bard, still a monk, If you're saying its less useful because you're running out of TP too then, I mean, the amount of damage ninjas were doing for their TP drain was a bit completetly insane.
