    It's atleast a 30-40 DPS difference depending on the severity of delay. I've had major delay on high quality network wifi yet when I play on Ethernet on a college campus with subpar connection, mudras are fine and I can optimize to some extent. DPS in this game is very dependent on latency and when you have subpar latency in comparison to JP servers with mudra delay, there will be a noticeable gap between NA and JP DPS on ninja.
