Is anyone else having issues keeping DE,SF,Mut while weaving in AE and refreshing Huton with AC? Seems like ive always got something falling off.

Ya it would have made a thousand times more sense to have AC combo off of Shadow Fang instead of being yet another combo off of Gust Slash.
Also, is it just me or does it seem like Armor Crush and Dancing Edge should have their names switched? I mean you would think the skill called Armor Crush would have something to do with lowering the targets defenses somehow =P

I think it's called Armor Crush more for the actual attack, which involves a straight line stab not unlike the kind Gerolt said the ninja used to use with their Yoshimitsu to go straight through armor when he talked about it in A Relic Reborn.Ya it would have made a thousand times more sense to have AC combo off of Shadow Fang instead of being yet another combo off of Gust Slash.

And yeah, positionals suck. They're doable (used to main Monk) but it's still bleh now every time the boss gets spun or turns to do a mechanic on someone and you get a gimped Aeolian Edge or Armor Crush. Not to mention the fact that Dancing Edge is their strongest attack when soloing now unless you get lucky with the server recognizing a swift movement to the side or back. I miss Sneak/Trick Attack being their only positional, really badly.

Oh thats also happening to me but its because of how AC is throwing off my timing with Huton, since I was used to cast a Ninjutsu at the 50, 30 and 10 seconds marks.
But you can go AE, AE, AE, AC, AE, AC, AC, AE, AE, AC. Or something like that, and should suffice to keep your de/buffs up at all times like with AE before.
The positionals also are taking me a toll to remember so I'll mostlikely stick to a dummy for hours to no end once I reach lvl 60 XD
I echo the sentiments of a few others about Smokescreen, they'd have to design a fight with a mechanic specifically tailored towards the use of the ability. Having two abilities that manage enmity is a waste on a DPS class. Shadewalker is at least useful in being an aggro dump to help a tank regain threat (dying, dcing, etc).
We should have gotten another TP regen skill considering the SS scaling via endgame gear. Most people will be looking at 490+ SS in in a standard i160-170 build.
I've already been running dry in many occasions in the 4/8mans.
oh man, no joke. when i had hit 515 sklspd, i cried, because i could not stay above 500 tp after standard pulls.
So now that a lot of people have gotten to lvl60 what do we think is the "optimal" opening rotation?
I believe its very similar to the 2.5 opener but is it possible to weave DWAD, MUG, JUG & Duality all before TA ends while still hitting AE? I'm lvl 58 so haven't been able to test DWAD yet.
havent made it there just yet(1 away) but over all, it shouldnt change much opener wise. tho it depends on if you do the wait opener or mut opener. So now that a lot of people have gotten to lvl60 what do we think is the "optimal" opening rotation?
