You aren't the only one. I hate positionals.

no the update is 0.1 only in some content, the update is still every 0.3 for most of the content of the gameSErver does update at 0.1 second. They changed that a long time ago.
What your "rework" would do would be pretty OP. Free Raiton/Suiton/Trick attacks.. yeah thats a bit much. Honestly, I think they're fine now. Try slowing down a little bit and not rushing, you'll notice a large improvemtn of the quality of your mudras. Its not that you can fail, you literally only fail if yopu rush.
It's 0.1 for all Primal/Raid instances, which is the majority of the game.

So with the NDA lifted, I've been trying to get any new NIN info.
This is all so far but I'd really like their sources for clarification.
SourceKage-Watari - Transfers large portion of personal emnity to target.
??? - Extends the Huton timer.
Issou - Increases the damage done by regular weapon skills.
Musou Sandan - 3 Stage physical attack.
Added positioning to weapon skills.
Enmity transfer was confirmed by a journalist there. But his AMA doesn't have anything else about NIN.
Do we have any info at all on the positionals? Like, are we getting turned into MNKs with daggers, or will it be more like DRG?

Haven't found any information on what or even how many new positionals we're getting.
It's really sparse right now, but I guess keep an eye on the google doc.

I think the hate transfer skill would be better if it temporarily redirected your hate gained to a targeted player (sort of like how Cover "links" 2 characters together). That way you could pop it before you unleash a heavy amount of burst damage without needing to worry if the boss will turn on you, and simultaneously helping the tank secure the hate more quickly. It's more tactical that way rather than saving it as a reactive ability.

It can still be like that.I think the hate transfer skill would be better if it temporarily redirected your hate gained to a targeted player (sort of like how Cover "links" 2 characters together). It's not clear if the Enmity transferred is instant or over time via linking.
The information is just too vague now to say.

i'm the only one feeling a bit.... un excited by this information:
- a skill for transfert our enmity to a target, nice... well i guess. a good tank don't really need this... nor a good ninja.
- a skill for extend huton, nice, i guess... sadly what we will do with this new slot of ninjutsu exept cast raiton?
- something that increase our weapon skill? buff? passive? not really clear.
- and a big attack, cool one skill to look for.
i will not talk of the positional (t's like beat a dead horse at this point), but no new ninjutsu? (maybe issou) a skill with a limited utility (kage-watari), a skill for allows us more ninjutsu (did i have said that we did get no new ninjutsu spell for be used?)
sorry, but i feel really really bored by this add of skill. our main skill as ninja, ninjutsu, is totally ignored... and we get skill with an utility that.... sorry even if it's a nice tool the Kage-watari is not different of the skill that allows the paladin to take the damage from a target. a skill with little utility. it too situational for be really usefull.
a good group, will probably never need it. we never add the use for it soo far. why add this? why not add use more ninjutsu tool with real interest? why give us more room for the ninjutsu and at the same time... don't give us any new ninjutsu?
it's stupid! sorry but i don't understand, do the battle team really play ninja? do they really our concern, our need soo far? because indeed the skill the refresh huton is nice.... but where are our tool for use with this? where are our specific jobs skill?
ps: i don't even have mentioned the fact that kage-watari can be used as an harassement tool, right? because it's the truth...
Yeah, kinda dreading Heavensward a little bit now. I love NIN the way it is, and I', not thrilled with these changes. Though, as it has been pointed out, most of the info we have gotten is very vague. Who knows if this is all there is to it?
