if you're using shuriken exclusively and aren't applying slash debuff while having fey glow from selene on cd, you're gonna tp starve before 2nd invig for a few secs at skillspeeds as low as 378 and have potentially slight dot clipping problems when fey glow is up
imo if making a fuss out of it cant be helped, using raiton and shuriken at different times depending the situation is probably better than using either of them exclusively. in the end it's not a very noticeable dps different from worst to best still, though, so having the benefit of saving tp is nice
edit: at 396, which is what i'll end up having when i finish gearing, i end up starving and waiting on tp for skills for 6~ secs before invig is up, thats with a perfect invig both ways

Got 589 this week in t11. Everything was going good, but then my ninjutsu did some flicker type sh!t and i lost huton for a whole cycle, which made me lose when trick atk would be used and in addition paired with bfb. I was like T_T lol. Felt like i couldve gotten 600 that run. Everything was so smooth until then D;

I wouldn't recommend it, but if you want to spend the money and can manage with the lower HP, you'll get 0.295 more DEX than the highest scoring non-crafted set.So for players of low-average wealth who can afford to get crafted gear but only overmeld using level III materia, is it better to simply avoid crafted altogether? I tried working with a set and I got this: http://ffxiv.ariyala.com/PNYD any suggestions?
Typically, if you're gonna go for crafted stuff, you've gotta go all out for it to be a worthy trade-off. And, no, most players will never have the amount of gil needed to do this, so don't stress over it.
If you want to give yourself a little edge, you can meld out one of the new rings to replace dreadwyrm for +0.456 DEX over the top non-crafted. It's still a minimal gain but at least it doesn't cost you any HP. http://ffxiv.ariyala.com/PQHF

There's an earring that You don't need to go all out on - the i110 one - you just go crit/det/accuracy on that and it's better than the i130 alternatives. But its a rare exception, and if you want it to win you need det and accuracy capped so you need at least det ivs.

You had 378, you start with your stat window open.407 SKS.

That is also an inefficient use of Invigorate as you waste potential TP gains.
In your video your mudra delay is pretty bad, even your FS clips your GCD. Ontop of all of that you still bottom out before the second invigorate and have to wait momentarily for a GCD towards the end.
To add more to this debate you lose more TP per second if there is a war present in your party. Just stop giving bad advice Mate, that's it.
How is that a loss when you literally time it such that you USE tp as you generate it? You sit at 1k for 3 GCD's. That's not even possible unless you knew when your TP is otherwise.
Sasuke's Zeta parse - 632.76 DPS @ 3:58 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DyqSEMnaANY
663 Dex, 537 Acc, 527 Crit, 404 Det, 411 Skill Speed.
Also using Fuma in first Kassatsu but Raiton afterwards so that I can fit AE in the X-Pot and TA.

On average, how much of a DPS increase am I to expect with a party buff/food/pots all at once compared to having none? I don't have consistent access to any of these, so the opportunity to parse myself correctly doesn't happen very often.
