If you are hypothetically parsing yourself on ex primals then were would you currently be?

If I did such a thing I would usually be sitting between 700-860 DPS on Bis and Rav EX, depends a lot on the composition and if I can get a perfect rotation off. One Rev EX with 3 ninja's had 2 of us pulling 1k (30 seconds of trick attack/minute) is amazing.

Ok, i tried a full time GB on BisEx last night and i got around 550 DPS while without (opener only) i got around 700.

If your group can kill the carapace in 1 go comfortably, save trick attack for the snake, and dot up the big guy in p3 before going up. Also when you come down from carapace you can get in 4 GCD's on a Snake. Obviously tornados kill your dps. Just some tips.

I still haven't figured out exactly when to jump off/on the back. Sometimes I'm stuck not being able to get on for a bit because of my debuff, so on those my dps plummets.

The question is:
If SF is at 7 seconds (1 second away from ticking) and I refresh shadow fang, back to 18. Is it now still 1 second away from ticking (duration simply extended) or is 3 seconds away from ticking (duration refreshed + tick timer refreshed (dot clipping)).

Dots actually tick by server timer. Regardless of when it was applied.
So your first tick can be 0.5 sec away or 2.5 sec away from cast time - it depends when relatively to server timer you applied dot. All dots tick at the same time.
Refreshing dot just refresh cutoff time after which server ticks will not produce dot damage.

Done clearing Alex, I think I will farm this week till I get the chest, seems by far the best option, legs suck, I took bracelet as free acc.

You only get 1 loot drop per floor and only the last boss drops chest afaik. so you will have to wait 4 weeks for it.
