Welcome to the Internet, a wonderful place where beginners are frowned upon.
There is a wonderful thing called "guides" with which you can know the basics about each dungeon to know what to expect and not fail (or less at least) ^_^

As in every online community, MMORPG attracts selfish people wanting to be a special snowflake with the latest cool gear, and as they go through low level dungeons via the Duty Roulette, they expect to get it done as fast as possible, while possibly never having to talk or to explain mechanics (even if you're new)

I went through the pain of reading guides and watching videos prior to any new dungeon / trial / raid I went in, and got no problem.
I did get a couple of wipes by my fault, as I'm the tank, because I didn't have the experience and committed mistakes. Out of +100 runs. People were comprehensive.

When it was people who acted like complete entitled jerks with no respect and/or insulting for a simple mistake, they got group kicked

But it's better to be self sufficient by reading guides prior to entering the dungeon than expecting people to carry you.

Especially if you're a dps with 30 min queue time, you got the time to google that crap
