Welcome to the Internet, a wonderful place where beginners are frowned upon.
There is a wonderful thing called "guides" with which you can know the basics about each dungeon to know what to expect and not fail (or less at least) ^_^
As in every online community, MMORPG attracts selfish people wanting to be a special snowflake with the latest cool gear, and as they go through low level dungeons via the Duty Roulette, they expect to get it done as fast as possible, while possibly never having to talk or to explain mechanics (even if you're new)
I went through the pain of reading guides and watching videos prior to any new dungeon / trial / raid I went in, and got no problem.
I did get a couple of wipes by my fault, as I'm the tank, because I didn't have the experience and committed mistakes. Out of +100 runs. People were comprehensive.
When it was people who acted like complete entitled jerks with no respect and/or insulting for a simple mistake, they got group kicked
But it's better to be self sufficient by reading guides prior to entering the dungeon than expecting people to carry you.
Especially if you're a dps with 30 min queue time, you got the time to google that crap![]()

No....just No lol. Often times New comes with not knowing what is common Practice Bro. It wasn't until a few wipes on an EX that I learned watching Videos was a thing out of thinking to myself " There has got to be some kind of easier way to doing this ". Being new and having not experienced the difficulty...chances are that wont come to mind. Even then I didn't know that it was something that was common Practice among raiding until seeing it often in Party Finder Descriptions.Explaining the content is fine and dandy, except it gets annoying when you need to do it for every single run you go on because of a new player who is either a brainless zombie tunnel-visioning idiot, someone who just doesn't care, and then the person who simply lacks the skill to even do the mechanics.
If you're new, and sane enough to play this game well, then do some research. You're not the first person to play this game. You don't need to reinvent the wheel.
Thanks for Proving the OP point though. At the risk of coming down to that level...I got to say that watching a Guide of someone else (Who crazy enough, is most likely doing it without a guide) before even TRYING it a few times is the Brainless thing to do, and expecting the new to do so is just bad lol.
Sadly I watch guides before doing SOME of the stuff in this game (To Avoid Players Crap), and FOR ME Its not satisfying upon completing it. Did Shiva the other day though...got my face blown off by one of Shiva's attacks. I adapt so it only took 1 Wipe to down her...but boy did it feel good with beating her without some dude in a video telling me all her attacks, and where to stand exactly as if I couldn't put it together myself...
Point is, Expecting NEW Players to play content as if they have been playing it for X amount of time is some really Foolish Bleep.

The problem is exasperated here as you are required to run the same content over and over non stop and just when you think you are done they add some quest to make you farm old content and a lot of us are just burnt out. That being said I do explain boss fights where required if I see the notice of a new player.
While on this topic however I can't tell you how many times I get the new player notification and no one says anything, if your new say so some of us are willing to help if we know you are actually new and not an alt.

Tomes for gear (You)
Tomes for gear (retainers)
Tomes to get items to get your initial relic weapon
Tomes for weapon upgrades
Tomes for Alex Maps
Daily Roulette Expert for Alex Map
Doing Books for Relic upgrade Quests
Farming Light for Relic upgrade Quests
Farming Items for Relic upgrade Quests
Items for Desynthesis / Crafting Materials
I do my dailies every day and frequently run a lot of older content just for fun and I don't find myself needing to explain anything at all it's REALLY rare when an explanation is needed. I mean if you find yourself in a situation where certain dungeons are full of explanation needs setup a macro with the explanation :P
So all that stuff just to be the baddest coolest kid on the block? Not really required, more like optional.Tomes for gear (You)

If I see the message, I'll just explain things anyway. Doesn't take but a few seconds, and they might pipe up in response as well.
