Magicked Prism (Hearts) Vendor?

Is it the same vendor as the other prisms such as the bubbles, pedals, etc.? Because I have Platinum Plan and there's none for sale.

"Couples who selected the platinum plan can also purchase the special Magicked Prism (Hearts) ceremony favor."

It says that on the Eternal Bond Page but I've yet to actually find any vendor near by the church selling them.

Yea, I can't see them on the vendor's list either, I'm hoping it opens up once we get our invitations.

yep both in a party solo wearing the full outfit including the wrists wearing just the wrists wearing nothing from the outfit etc, my guess is they simply missed aflag on the NPC to check for platinum since only this teir of the ceremony gets to buy them.
