90K connection issues when playing FFXIV

I've been having issues also ever since Heavensward released. I get 5-15 90001 or 90002's each day now! I'm a performance engineer myself and have tested all my local hardware and haven't seen any general internet access problems.

FYI have to do this on PS4 may look werid but iI Followed what i neede to post.) ISP:TWC Dallas, TX USA Inertnet Type: Wired and Wi Fi Internet connection Speed: 50 mbps Date and Time: about 5 Days ago ALL DAY!!! Frequency: Always Char Name: Detoxy Mhasi World: Admantoise Area and Coordinates: Anywhere and everywhere Party or Solo: Both NPC name: Any Monster Name: Any In game Time: Any time Steps: Log In, Server seems to play catch up/ rubberbanding. I can go maybe 30 mins sometimes but i get the server catch up/ rubberbanding every few mins. This happens no matter what im doing when im doing it. Had only a few 9002's thu. FYI this only happened during early relase/ HW launch. And im a PS4 user.
