Steps:
The first time it happened I was on my Griffon mount in Falcon's nest at the bottom of the stairs to the exit to the Coerthas Wester Highlands. I jumped in the air to take flight and as I was ascending, I made it only a little off of the ground before I got the error 900002. The second time about 30 mins after that, I used Duty Finder to do the Aery duty for the main scenario quest. Everything was fine up until we hit the first boss for the dungeon and my party members gathered together for me to cast stoneskin II and discuss the battle when my stoneskin casted, but it did not have any effect on anyone and everything froze and I received the same error code. When I tried to log back in to join my party, I was in a queue for 15 mins that did not go down in number. I was unable to log in the Final Fantasy XIV from that point on.

90002 error codes and extreme lag and delays (20 second delays generally, and as high as 45 second delay for NPC conversations).
It may be worth noting that I have attempted to use WTFast to resolve this (I had similar issues a year ago, and WTFast solved this), however now WTFast only gives me slightly more time before the issues continue.

Prior to heavensward I had no issues at all, then heavensward patch loaded, and now I get a lot of lag and delays. It is not constant, I can go hours without lag, but this entire evening has been full of lag. 3 disconnects while trying to queue for Sohm Al (at which points we had spent around 2 and a half hours queueing for an instance in total), another 3 disconnects whilst inside Sohm Al. Heavy lag while fighting mobs in Dravanian Forelands, extremely severe lag while talking to NPCs in the next area and in Gridania.

Prior to heavensward early access I rarely if ever had 90k issues, then heavensward patch loaded, and now I get a lot of 90k related disconnections. It is not constant, I can go hours without disconnecting. 90002 and 90001 error codes that instantly boot me but I can log back in right away. It happens randomly. At time it is every 5-10 minutes and other times it happens every hour or so since early access started. I am not getting any lag though.
