90K connection issues when playing FFXIV

Type of Internet Connection:
Broadband. I use wireless as well.

Internet Connection Speed:
50/50 Mbps.



Date & Time:
Past few days since today. Random times throughout the day.

Frequency:
Was every few hours, now it is almost every hour or so. Especially when I go through dungeons, raids, etc.

World:
Excalibur


Area and Coordinates:
Random instanced content, dungeons, raids, etc.

Party or Solo:
Both, was originally just instanced, but now has been happening randomly without me even doing any content.

Again, the issue has been happening mainly through dungeons, raids, etc. Now it randomly happens no matter what I am doing. I tried necessary steps, resetting my router, internet connection, flushing my DNS cache, etc. It is still happening.
