90K connection issues when playing FFXIV

Recently happened at March 2nd, 7:23PM (GMT+1), could not connect to server until 7:40PM(GMT+1), could also not access forum or any other SE Services. Every other services work perfectly fine.

Frequency:
OFTEN. From 1-7 times per hour to once every 2 hours or so.

Steps:
Just sudden connection loss. Error 90001 or 90002. Somtimes connection so any SE services can't be established for a couple of minutes after it occurs. Error 2002, and Launcher Error -2136697211 (A System error has occured)
