90K connection issues when playing FFXIV

Frequency:
Always since i entered the lvl 32 dungeon i can't access the game or join Aether Data Center.

Area and Coordinates:
Lvl 32 Dungeon just moved from start point to heal our tank and everything halted and came back to the login screen, than the error started after trying to relog to my character.

Party or Solo:
Party of 4 in dungeon for level 32 story quest

NPC Name:
None

Monster Name:
I wasn't yet battling we just moved to the monster once the tank hit the first monster in the dungeon with shield throw it looked like i lost connection but not reall everything was working fine on my network.

In-Game Time:
Server Time 5:28am

Steps:
I was starting the lvl 32 dungeon with Loon Loon as a white mage, right when we started i casted shield on the party and we start moving toward the start of the dungeon, once the tank hit the first monster with shield bash, everything stopped moving, like the server lost connection or something, then the strange loggin issue started happening.

*****Just mannaged to reconnect 30 min after this has happend. maybe it's a dungeon issue ??? ******
Seems my character is back to the outpost "Camp Tranquil".
