Steps:
The lag has occurred while taking part in any activity we have experienced; however it is most noticeable when engaging in battle with NPC’s. Occasionally the lag will become so great that I (or my roommate, or both of us) will lose connection, at which point an error message pops up stating that we have lost connection, followed by the start menu.

first noticed this when accepting quests in the south shroud, diolouge was slow to come up. then it took 5-8 seconds for my mount, and then joined a dungeon where the connection would freeze, everyone stood still, and took sometimes minutes to catch up, and then DC'd
