Told me there is no issue on their end
Was promised no bottle-neck, no third level traffic issues
Was asked to speak to game support to investigate whether the problem lies with developer/manufacturer/host etc

The most recent time I experienced this was when I was in a Main Story quest scene called "Coming to Terms". I would suddenly get a black screen in the middle of the scene and get a 90002 error saying "Connection with the server was lost." I also get the error 90002, at random times when I play in-game. I get disconnected whether I'm doing quests, battling monsters, and in dungeons/raids. I get this error almost everytime I enter and load a dungeon/raid. After I get the error, it takes me sometime to load back into the game because it says that my character is "currently still in the game, please wait a few seconds before logging back in." This happens to me frequently and is very annoying. My internet connection runs just fine.

Steps:
My character rubberbands and my client shows other characters doing the same occasionally, timing doesn't seem to matter. Between pulls, fighting enemies, standing around, whatever. Suddenly, I'll disconnect with a 90001 or 90002 and be able to immediately join back into the game. I have not experienced any problems in other online games or activities. I've been able to sustain Skype calls and Twitch streams. These issues only affect my connection to FFXIV, and only recently, as the date shows.
