ERROR 3102

the unable to log in problem is still persistant as i just was trying to shuffle random items to my Retainer my character became locked onto the retainer and i was unable to do any other function than talk in LS chat. So i hit the windows key too d/c myself and now i cant even log in because im gettin the FAMED 3102 error. Wasnt this problem addressed in 1.18? If not why was it fixed asap they have known about it for nearly a month. Yes this belongs in tech section but no one reads that crap hardly.

Just don't worry, they're going to address this in the next patch (1.19) =)

When you are disconnected you should be able to log back in within a minute. However, due to a bug that was discovered, certain data is being retained on the server that makes it think the character is still logged in, regardless of whether you were disconnected or not. This then causes the phenomenon to occur that stops you from being able to log in for up to 10 minutes.

Sorry for the time it took for us to discover a resolution to this, but this will finally be fixed in patch 1.19.
