Thread: Pictures of new iLv.125 Zodiak Relic Weapons with zoom and details

I actually feel like the bow. is very lackluster this time... All the others seem so awesome though.

Axe is the most awesome by far.
WHM staff comes as a distant second, PLD shield is nice too.

All others are kinda meh

I'm so glad my relic is a Bravura and I'm getting that axe "soon" ^^

The designs are too ornate. Too much textures.

Whm sch and pld are quite nice. The rest of them meh. Good thing I main whm and sch xP

I don't like most of them.

I've been saying this for a while but the raid armor and weapon designs since 1.0 have gotten way too overdesigned. The original AF and Relic were perfect and nailed the whole Final Fantasy feel IMO, then stuff got slowly more and more overdone until we're here with golden gilded wings on our butts and weapons that look like lightsabers because you can't see the physical model anymore.

It's a bit too much like Korean MMOs for my taste where they put etchings and skulls and stuff on any open space on a texture they can possibly find.

Most of those are horrendous. The axe in particular screams "king of the edge" with its demon theme.

The White Mage one and Scholar one look nice at least.

I'm actually very happy with the designs, although I'm hoping they don't glow with the light of a thousand suns.

The SCH book is exceptional. I love it so much.
