According to some rumours the game was made in china xD... the problem is though that it wasn't developed for China. The government will probably try everything to stop you from playing on international servers (chinese online gaming regulations). Might be possible that ports get blocked, packets sniffed, etc.
If it doesn't work with a proxy, your chances are slim to ever get it to work :/
