    You have to run the dungeon between 9pm to 11pm JST while it is raining in Costa Del Sol. Make sure to coordinate with a friend so that they kill a Coblyn 20 seconds before you down the boss in the dungeon for the best chance at a drop.

    What this guy said. You have to do each dungeon at a certain time of the day. Trust me it's totally legit. Yup... legit. Completely...legit.
