Veil of Eternal Devotion displaying incorrectly when not in the Chapel.

Class/Level: Black Mage/50
Party or solo: Both
In-game time: All the time.
Area and coordinates: Any area outside of the Chapel.
Steps:

1. Upon entering the Chapel, my veil is displayed fully and all of its animations seem to be moving as intended, it is very beautiful.

2. Upon leaving the chapel and going anywhere else in Eorzea, the veil is not displayed completely as it should be like when inside the chapel.

When ppl forget to read the event/ patch notes ^^'
But yea i do wish that the veil would be like that outside the chapel as being a nin with that veil on feels so cool when u run and jump lol!
Tho i believe they can't do that as it would put stress or whatever on the server thus droppig frame rates or something complicated. Idk but its kinda like why we can't have our dresses not clip thru the chocobo when you ride it.
