I have a question for you: Why are you still here?

I'm enjoying the game. There's a lot to keep me busy, a lot of great people to do things with, and I like the story and the general atmosphere of the game. I love my character model and I'm always playing dress-up with her. :3 Characters in this game are designed so much better than in other games from what I've seen, and gear doesn't lean nearly as heavily toward full-body armor for males and skimpy metal bikinis for the girls. (although it does give you plenty of choice how you want to dress your character whether male or female, and I like that.) I'm looking forward to the expansion. The cash shop really isn't locking me out of any of the content that I value at this point so I don't have enough of a problem with it to re-evaluate my attachment to this game. Hopefully it doesn't get to that point.

Despite certain issues it's the one MMO I've played where I feel the devs really take pride in their work and care about the players, even taking time out to give quite detailed explanations on the forums about some decisions they've made.

And Yoshi-P has to be one of the hardest working producers in the industry, not just on the game itself but with all the letters and live letters.

We also get some great sized content updates yet they suffer fewer bugs than seems normal in the MMO scene.

I love my friends and the FC i'm in. I love the RP community here on Balmung, and the stories and friendships i've developed here. The game content itself is fun, but I do more than run dungeons.

I find it fun most of the time and I enjoy the company of my friends in my FC.

I am here for 3 reasons.

1) Guild
2) Final Fantasy Theme
3) The rest of the new mmos are crap in my opinion. (XIV is the best mmo released in the last 5yrs, despite the major content issues)

For most part I am here because of my guild.

I love the game. I really don't care about the cash shop. Didn't even look at it. My girlfriend and I have been subbed since beta/early access, and our accounts are hooked directly into our bank accounts. We aren't going anywhere else for a very long time.

At first I stayed for 1 year and 2 months

Because of my friends they were fun to play with at lease for 3 months till everything falls apart people start to quit left and right.... i had noting to do so i joined the raiding elites, after beating T5 with my team after awhile they felt like dejavu trapped in a loop and after looking at the next patch for coil they said is the same thing and they quit as a whole I was the only one left from my raid team.... that was 7th month

So i was all alone .... I wanted to try tanking so i pick up and people said i was one of the worst tank around for a month but that did not get in to my head i keep moving forward and became a successful tank in second coil, during my journey as a tank I created a raid and we made it to T9 but never get to beat it.

Now the patch came and final coil is here.... my raid has fallen apart once again no motivation things start to fall apart. I reached my limit of been fun to play it became tiresome for me so I quited.

I do like the wedding system but been able to buy and sell it for gil is kinda take me by surprise but that is not the main reason why i quited like many of you though it was, it was all the small little things that adds up and reach to the point "I had enough of this bulshit i am out of here"

This is a good game I am just burned out, this game rating is 9/10 wish 3.0 they will change the gearing system instead of the same old system and feel like dejavu all over again...

I enjoy the friends I've made here and the ability to decorate my FC house! I can't wait to festive the shit outta it when the Starlight celebration starts! CHRISTMAS TREES!!
