They use phantom dart as their main attack. It can't be blocked so I can't use phalanx to help keep hate and deal damage, nor can I use stygian spikes or shock spikes.

But more than just the DoM mobs, when fighting anything... after a certain period they stop attacking entirely, using only weapon skills or tp abilities until they run out of tp, when they resume using their normal attacks.

Raptors will stop and spam foul breath, dodos will stop and spam rancid breath.

This needs to be fixed.
It's apparent that mobs still use the old stamina based system, though I'm not sure if it's necessary to have every single enemy have a blockable melee attack. Gladiators will be disadvantaged in those situations but it's probably fine if they're not very frequent.

Speaking of ranged only mobs, though, SE really need to remove ahriman mobs from leves. They are so much above anything else in power it isn't even funny, which causes an unreasonable spike in leve difficulty.
