I certainly wouldn't mind a 20% MP restoration skill outside of combat before pulls as a WHM. The times where we've wiped and I finish buffing for the next attempt and I'm still at 3k MP.

Not gonna lie I'd like that too.

But what is being asked for - a skill specifically for outside-battle MP restoration - is a different thing than just slapping Aetherflow into a crossclass skill
(That said I think almost every caster would enjoy having skills or traits that speed up out-of-combat MP restoration - see also cooldown resets for every class ever.)
