Cause "Sacred Soil" is nothing "sacred" at all. In Japanese it's 野戦治療の陣 (yasenchiryou no jin) - "battlefield medical treatment circle".
It is clerly fitting the idea of "battle stategist" that the SCH is.

That thing in the cutscene is not "Sacred Soil" in the first place.

Rather a whm cast stoneskin at least its 18% more potent then a sch or pld casting it on you imo

This spell I rather it be a type of CC lets say you place it over top enemies and they have to dps out of the barrier before they can get out.
