Exclusive Content should go into the Armoire

So yesterday me and my boyfriend got ourselves a platinum wedding plan and started the quest. Soon I had 2 entire sets of the wedding outfit. That's 8 items. I thought "Eh I'll just choose the one I want and put the other in my armoire." Because it's a unique once in a lifetime item, so why not? And of course you cannot store it. For me this was the last drop.
For months on end SE has been very inconsistent with what goes into the armoire. But considering it has 4 categories, I petition now that you at least adhere to these 4 categories and don't leave things out. As a reminder, here a list of the items I accumulated so far that SHOULD by all accounts and with multiple precedents be put into the armoire.

Artifact Armor
- Augmented Artifact Armor: Considering you cannot reverse this, why are these exempt from being put into the Armoire? I have only augmented a single piece because of this reason. I have the means to make more, but I lack the space and this seems almost like an oversight when this system was implemented. Please let us store Augmented Artifact Armor. It’s still Artifact Armor after all.

Seasonal Gear
- Usagi Kabuto, Silver Usagi Kabuto, Black Usagi Kabuto: I remember with a follow-up patch after New Year’s last year, you added some of the other hats that were still missing into the Armoire. Why were these skipped? Oversight again? They are just as much seasonal items like the other animal hats.
- Dream Hat, Dream Tunic, Dream Boots: Same argument, they are seasonal items, like everything else. Hell, they are even in the cash shop now. Only thing that made these always weird is that unlike all other seasonal items, these are tradeable. Why? So much inconsistency. T_T
- King Slime Crown: Since all other Crossover event gear has been categorised in Seasonal Gear, why has this not been added? Yes it was added in the revival of the crossover at the anniversary, but it’s still just as much an item belonging to that questline as eg the entire FFXIII sets & weapons.

Exclusive Extras
A note on these: unlike with Seasonal items, where one could make an argument that you can always rebuy the items at the Calamity Salvager, these are sent to you by SE with no way of reclaiming (that I know of) if they ever get lost. Pretty much every item I list here has a precedent as well, so it’s really oversight/inconsistency that’s at work here.

- Goblin Cap: It’s a Veteran item (Rank 7). Simple as that. We got the Black Summer Beach Wear (Rank 2) in the Armoire, why not this?
- Friendship Circlet: Very similar to preorder/CE items Moogle Cap & Helm of Light, why do those get in but the pretty feather not?
- Slime Earrings, Dodo Earrings: From the Tokyo Game Show Primal challenge. Only available for a short while and the ones from last year are in the Armoire. Late implementation of this system again? (Anyone still missing these or last year’s, there are Itinerant Moogles in every city, buy for 1 gil until end of December)
- The 3 Wedding outfit sets (Innocence, Passion & Devotion). Platinum plans, while otherwise awesome, come with 2 sets, that’s 8 items (seriously the NPC warns you to have lots of space before you talk to the outfitter). This is a very unique, memorable and possibly later unobtainable item. It should not take up space on a retainer. Like other exclusive items that we paid money for (Preorder / CE / Veteran bonuses) this should go into the armoire.


Lastly, to all arguments “Forget it, SE doesn’t care, they want us to buy the extra retainers”: They do, but then they’d just make away with the armoire. I do believe the Devs care. I genuinely think that most if not all of these are an oversight and hopefully once we get enough voices behind this, get pushed higher in the priority of fixing. As of now I dread reaching Veteran Rank 9, because part of me fears that the Fat Chocobo head will not go into the armoire either. Even though the Chocobo suit is in there.

They usually wait a patch or so after an item is implemented before they get added into the armoire, so given time, we just might see this happen. Agree with your post though, and think the armoire should be used for even more sets so we can free up some space or not have to drop stuff.

Master Rogue's Ring can't be placed in the armoire with the other master class rings.

Reason that Usagi helms and dream set aren't storeable is because they are tradeable and sellable on MB. While the other seasonal stuff are not.

But yes, I am waiting for king slime, slime earring, and the mask from beastmen daily quest to be storeable
