Ah, I completely forgot about those run sellers... (Since I got most of them on BlackList on my server) Welp that's true. Someone willing to shed hundreds of $$$ can simply pay his way through end game lol.

Ah, that reminds me of Shin Megami Tensei IMAGINE online where you pretty much had to shed 200$ to get the best gear and be elligible to be invited to a raid... What a terrible game, good thing the western server got shut down.

There are some private wow servers which allow you to pay 150$ to get the best weapon (Shadowmourne in some 3.3.5 WotLK servers for those who know... Which was the best weapon ever, with the "only" drawback of being a RNG drop based long ass quest, kinda like Relics)

I stopped playing WoW cause it got boring fast, especially regarding classes balance.

I hope FF14 won't follow that route, and I really hope they won't get even more greedy with the cash shop... (Ala IMAGINE Online or SWTOR)

I'm afraid not. I fear that SE would be unwilling to do this. However, to help ease the burden of this news, next week SE will be running a one time deal of 2.45 completed relics for the low price of $50. As a part of this deal once in a life time deal, Paladins will get sword and shield as apart of the offer.
