Legacy player Looking for an fc Who is active and can do difficult content.

I'm looking for an FC or Linkshell that actually does content and works hard towards being optimal.

I speak English and Spanish.
have been playing for a really long time, I'm just tired of people thinking its taboo to point out why a duty or raid is failing.

I would prefer instead To be in a group where everyone talks about whats going wrong and aims to fix it, whether it be too many DPS taking stray shots, healers unable to focus target due to bad positioning or tanks missing cool downs at wrong times for tank busters.

I just want to be able to say so and so your DPS is low let's work on your rotation and figure it out, without the response being "you take this too seriously".

P.S. I'm really impatient when it comes to waiting so I'm gonna join whatever group asks first, I don't expect every group to actually be legit so leave a post ill get to yours sooner or later.
