Dropped Gear is not rolling correctly in game!!!

Before I even begin I have sent in 2 in-game bug reports and reported this issue through customer service/ tech support. Yet was told to come here and post about my issue.

So long story short I am very new to this game (3 months old) and finally reached lvl 50 on my pally. On 11/20/2014 I participated in Binding Coil of Bahamut Turns 1-5. On turn 2 after downing the final boss Both Heavy Allagan Cuisses and the Allagan Earrings of Fending Dropped. So at this point I was ecstatic I specifically pressed need on BOTH items. Yet only Heavy Allagan Cuisses were given to me. I have received no response from this company as to how they want to handle this and thus far. And I refuse to pay good money for a company that gives me the round about. I will reinstate my account if I can get proper attention. Has anyone else dealt with this issue?

Was there a second tank in your party and did he/she roll on them? If there was, case closed. If there wasn't, then it is indeed a bug.

Someone could have not lotted on it, and if you decided to leave within 5mins ather the chest has been open, you'll loose it.

Are you sure the other tank didn't roll need on it too and get a higher number?

Really, it's just one item, it's not that big of a deal. I've been farming a couple of those turns lately for vanity, and if I don't get it I just run again later. You can pick up better gear in Mor Dhona with the poetics and sold that raids/dungeons give you.
