    It seems new relic weapon is dyable

    If you go to the lodestone database and observe the new relic icons, you will see that the icon has a small circle to the top right that denotes the item's colour. This means it will be dyeable?

    If you compare it to something not dyeable like HA weapons, they don't show that circle at all.

    I don't believe weapons are dyable at all. I just assumed it was for 2.5 when SE said something about a patch were we could customize the skin of our relics (and the skin system could utilize the same properties as the dye system). I don't know anyone with the new one to ask them though.

    The upgraded poetic weapons are dyable, including the shield. I assume they are going that route from here on out.

    A well that's good to know. I've been avoiding the poetics weapons because the stats suck for the jobs I would have needed them for.
