On my server it sells for 5 million... You can only trade 1 million at the time so there is a huge risk factor here

Ouch, yeah. I didn't realize trading was capped at 1 million.
I don't see a lot of people biting for this then? $10-20 for 1 million doesn't seem worth it to me, and anything more is scam potential.

So.. I use to be on Exodus, Got spammed all the time with RMT. Im on Tonberry now, And have been for well over a year and can't remember even being spammed once... Never been an issue, and I assumed that RMT wasn't really a problem anymore.... So is this a US server thing...? Or have I just been lucky to never see it..?

RMT are now directly competing with SE for that extra bit of money that both RMT and SE know the players have. If anything I can see them becoming more aggressive, offering "better" deals @___@;

RMT will stay. They will just undercut whatever $ -> Gil ratio people who do RMT through Cash Shop items do. You could literally buy gold on Guild Wars 2, RMT were still there, and they just gave you a better rate than the official in-game services did. If anything, it just encouraged people to RMT more as there was means to do it "legally" do, and once they made the step into RMT, they were happy enough to make the step over to some dodgier places to get better rates.
