Well, plus a FATE takes like 3-4 minutes to clear and 3-4 minutes tops to spawn, whereas a dungeon takes 10-30 minutes to pop if you aren't a tank/healer and anywhere from 15 to 40 minutes to clear based on party speed.

You can play with tank/healer in dungeons and still progress your dps weapon.
