The drop rate hasn't been so bad for me but for a few maps like the mines its the sacred water and that 1600 tomes that is taking a while.i hope for a new played bonus more than a drop at this point lol

Yes there is. The last option from Jalzahn's list: Zodiac Weapon Modification. You will need a new sphere scroll to copied old stats. And if the steps are the same as Nexus you'll have to remeld with Alexandrites of X amount you want.

Ok, so I got over my anger toward this newest relic quest and started yesterday. So far, have 3 of the Bombard Cores, 3 of the 100,000 purchased items and got a few dungeon drops. Took me 1 try for Aurum Vale (thank god), 4 tries for Wanderers Palace and 3 tries for Copperbell HM. In addition, I ran Haukke HM about 7 times last night with no drop and Hullbreaker 3 times with no drop.
