Question about Eternal Bonding

If you have completed the Ceremony of Eternal Bonding with another player then the emote, items, and mount you receive as part of the plan will still be available even should your partner choose to transfer to another World. The only feature that will not be accessible is the ability to teleport to your partner’s location. However, should the couple end up on the same World once more; the teleport feature will be again available for use.

Do both hosts of the ceremony receive the mount or is it only given to one?

me and my girlfriend had schedule the time for our wedding when it had opened and we have decided on a time. so when we went to look at each other prefences to make sure they were right it said that we didn`t match. i would like to know, why should i have to wait a week to reschedule it ? when alll i have to do is just pick the spot that she had resvered again so we match. why should have to wait a week to get married? people i play with only get couple of days to play during the week. i believe the whole system need to be fix.
