It clearly states the price of the weddings on the site, for the platinum, both must pay $20 or one can pay $40 and trade the item. its your oversight thinking you can cheapen it out sadly :/

Hello, so this morning I purchased a platinum plan for myself and asked for my friend's hand in marriage who chose to use a free plan. However, upon completion of the quest, I was only given a basic dress. I was aware of the warning that, "In the event both you and your partner have different promise wristlets equipped, the wristlet of lesser value will take priority when making arrangements for the ceremony". However, I interpreted the word choice to infer that this would affect the ceremony options, NOT the rewards which were paid for. We chose to annul the ceremony (as there is no option to abandon the quest) and so I bought another platinum bracelet to redo the quest. However, by annulling the marriage, neither wristlets were returned and now I'm left with just one platinum wristlet. I am wondering if anyone else found the process to be extremely convoluted and if it would be possible to receive my annulled bracelet back to claim my proper items.

This happened to my friend as well, She got the standard plan while her husband got the 20 dollar one. Instead of getting the items from the 20 dollar plan he got nothing. They have a ticket in atm, since he pretty much spent 20 dollars for... nothing.

That's a convenient place to end that quote from the site, seeing as the part that follows is the part that confused the OP and makes the statement very clear that it affects the ceremony specifically. Which, can be interpreted as the OP did.

Yeah, that's how I would have interpreted it as well, given that there are "ceremony options" that are specific to your bracelet/plan type. It's not as clear as it could be that this impacts all aspects of the process, including all the items you receive. I think it would make sense to refund in this case, as there's now way to use what you paid for.

And that's called "theft". I hope is a bug or something and not a "working as intended"
