    Software token issues

    So, as of lately, I'm having issues with the Android Software Token App.

    Whenever my phone is turned off, the app resets and asks me for my account name, date of birth and registration password as if i had just installed it, basically forcing me to remove the security token from my account and register it back again.

    This started happening this week, but I'm not sure if its an issue with the app's latest update or with my OS update, since my phone recently got updated to Android 5.0 Lollipop (I use a Nexus 4 phone).
    Libra Eorzea doesn't open anymore since the OS update, by the way.

    Anyone else having similar issues? Is SE aware of this or any other issues with the token app?

    unlink the app, clear its cache and data then relink the app.
