    Just keep to 2 handed weapon.

    WHM should be the 1hand+offhand job not BLM. A BLM without a staff is just kind of odd in my opinion. While a WHM with a mace/club+ shield/offhand just fits. Also the offhand doesnt NEED to be a shield. There are many thematic options that could be visual or non visual. Gathers and Crafters dont show their offhands while in combat a WHM could have an offhand that does not have a visual either.
