The sooner of you realize life isn't fair the better off you'll be and, assuming that everything will be fair just isn't realistic. Everyone is different and trying to be "fair" with everyone is impossible because everyone has a different perceptive of what is fair and what is not.

It's fair because player 2 can do the exact same thing as player 1. Also 10 million? You'll be lucky to see them going for more than 1-2m at the most.
You think people will sell a 14€ item for less than 2 million? Really?

People are already setting up PF to buy one or 2. A couple of my friends are telling me there are people with PF offering 4-5 mill for one, and PFs selling them for 5-10 mill.

Because that's how game markets work. You have the option to make gil in a variety of ways. You either play the market, or you grind and/or sell runs.

Asking how this is fair is the same as if I were to complain that my crafted i110 items aren't selling for what they used to be during the first week of 2.4. I'm not going to suddenly make millions of gil because I want to.

Instead of paying around 35 to 50 dollars to get funded for RMT.
Well, not sure what RMT is selling Gil for on your server but, 50$ on Hyperion get's you maybe, 20k. So 20$ for an item selling in PF for several million gil? Much cheaper to buy from SE then to buy from a shady RMT bot.

So SE legalizes RMT? That is exactly what this is if someone buys the item with real money and trades it for in game currency, no ifs ands or buts about it. Maybe it's different now because they are making the profits?

    No.

That is not how markets work.

Your crafted i110 items require materials and related gear to craft them, you use those materials, you get that gear and produce an item to sell, this is how markets and economy work.

This magically creates an item out of nowhere that has the same value as some of the most expensive items in the market.

When it comes to selling eternal bands, you're trading my money for your time invested in making gil. The very same way crafted items have a value based on the difficulty of the craft, the time invested, and the demand for the item. Different means of obtaining an item, but of equal value. It's an option for players to make gil if they choose, and the demand for the bands will slowly die out over the next few weeks and the price will significantly drop. Welcome to economy 101.

When it comes to dealing with bots, you're trading your personal information for an advantage.

Oh wow, first dye and now this? I'm not going to derail the thread or put the insurmountable energy required (impossible) to dissuade selling vanity but.. this stuff is p2w plain and simple.

If you can sell cash bought items for gil, you've just made p2w ;(.

It should be possible to trade most cash shop items in game. Changing money into gil isn't a big deal, it's the other way around that's a problem.
