Personal housing, yes. But even in real life, you buy a house as an individual, but you would ask your girlfriend or boyfriend to move in, you ask friends over to use your computer or your PS4 (hint hint).

Most couples I know, married couples, co-own the house... as in both names are on it and they both make decisions regarding it. Obviously its different for everyone but I'm not talking bout boyfriend/girlfriend highschool musical, marriage is another thing entirely.

If nothing else, just allow us to let the partner use the housing features like the summoning bell, teleport, fertilize the plants and using the NPC vendors. :S I get it if they don't want the other person to probe with the furniture and garden in case somebody decides to steal stuff or something. But... Just give us the option to let others to use the bell+NPCs, please. ;w;

This would be a good nice compromise.
