If nothing else, just allow us to let the partner use the housing features like the summoning bell, teleport, fertilize the plants and using the NPC vendors. :S I get it if they don't want the other person to probe with the furniture and garden in case somebody decides to steal stuff or something. But... Just give us the option to let others to use the bell+NPCs, please. ;w;

Oh and to the crux of the issue, at one of the player fan fests (forget which one) YP said in a live interview that they would look into allowing people to share personal houses with partners because 'it would be easy to do as the systems are already in place, so we can look into adding this in the future.' And while this is not an official 'it's planned/incoming/you can count on it happening' statement, I am thinking that some of the friends lists adjustments might also be the pre-cursor to allowing personal homes to be opened up for sharing amongst spouses/friends.

Lastly, it's in SE's best interest (esp on high-pop/high housing demand servers) to permit people to at least share homes with spouses if not people on their friends lists (specific friends lists catergories), in general as it might lessen some of the demand, freeing up potential resources etc. (And if SE ties it to 'needing to be bonded' to share...well then they can potentially milk that golden cash cow that is gold/plat weddings a little more now can't they :P)

I hope we get this too, soooooo much. It feels like it will just complete the whole eternal bond thing. Being able to come home after a long day of adventuring / wiping over and over to bahamut's minions, putting your feet up by the fire and being able to enjoy some roast duck together? yes please.
okay we really know everyone just wants to pool their combined gil to get a bigger house but STILL. its the thought that counts.

So that was not an option,only option is the ring that let you teleport where ever your partner is,useful for hunts and all xD

I still think that the ability to share housing with spouses should have been built into the eternal bonding package from the start.

But we can hope it will be added.
