Promise of Devotion (Platinum) - Would like clarification

The mog station states that the Promise of Devotion comes with "Special Ceremony Attire: Receive two sets of garments with different dyeable patterns."

1. Does this mean we get one dress outfit and one tuxedo outfit? or can we have say two tux's instead of the dresses.

2. Do both parties have to buy the "Promise of Devotion" or just one?

3. If you buy the Platinum version do you get all the items from the gold and free packages too, or would you have to buy those separately (is that even possible?)

You have to buy 2, one for yourself and one for your partner. Or, each of you get one.

The lowest tier promise determines the ceremony arrangements. If you bought platinum and your partner bought innocence, the wedding will be innocence.

I suspect this will apply to the ceremony settings but not to the actual outfit itself, which will probably be according to that particular person's band.


My guess at the answer to the OP's questions, based on what I see at the site...

1. You'll probably get the outfits according to the gender of your character since they're gender-locked. The two outfits are the two variations, both of which are dyeable. (I'm guessing you may be able to trade if you gender-swap later, as you can for some other gender-locked outfits?)

2. Per above, the ceremony settings you can choose are based on the lower of the two plans. (But I do think the outfits will probably be according to the band you're using.)

3. Platinum includes everything that's in the earlier plans. This comparison chart makes that more clear.

You can see in the pictures, the Platinum package dress/tux have more fancy embroidery than the Free/Gold package dress/tux. You also get the Free/Gold dress/tux in addition to the Platinum dress/tux if you pay for Platinum. That's why you get 2 sets if you pay for Platinum.

That's explained here. Basically, you go in a party with your partner to an NPC starting at a certain time on Friday morning (or thereafter), and you can pick a two hour block on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Thank you all for posting the extra information, I did not originally see the Eternal Bonding website which both clears up some of the questions but also infuriates me a bit.
I don't really understand why we had to book "reservations" since it appears as if everything is being handled by the game and not GM's or live people.

This whole thing seems a bit tedious actually, though I still want to do it, just maybe not right away. I'll wait and gather more information before I touch this. Far too many variables and if Im gonna pay good money for it, I want it to look right.
I do think SE should have made it so we could save the ceremony cut scene somehow in our journal though....

I'm actually curious about the Demon Box minion. It seems that the Brides and Grooms will not be receiving them with the purchase of their more premium plans... It seems to be exclusively a guest item.

I guess we'll have to wait and see for when the first ceremonies start rolling out.
