2. You can do r40 leves with your first rank 33 class.

rank 13 unlocks rank 20 camps
rank 23 unlocks rank 30 camps
rank 33 unlocks rank 40 camps

incorrect sir, I did not get access to R40 leves until I hit 35, it has been changed.

R15 - R20 camps
R25 - R30 camps
R35 - R40 camps

Thats the new requirements.

Okay, didn't know they changed it.

Anyways. 1.19 seems to mix up everything. I can only hope, that the new algorithm is addressing that matter.

Seems fine to me except one small issue, at around 20-30 the sp cap is less then 180/kill in a group of 3, whereas 1-19 I was getting 300-600 a kill. Now after 30 its settled where it should be at about 410 solo and 330 in a light party per kill and when I am not partying leves give that sexy boost to help out.

This is all on mobs 10 levels above or slighly more.
