lol this is standard for MMOs even WoW has it...you can't kill a mob 10 levels above you and expect to get more XP/SP than usual for obvious reasons (powerleveling). Not really sure what you, and a couple of people here, are whining about...

So because it "is so" we should accept it?
I'm whining (is every complained now called that?) because it doesn't make any sense, it isn't fun, it's demotivating, it leads to a boring, mindless grindfest and because there is not a single good reason that it should be that way.
I, for example, can not understand how someone think it is normal to get a smaller reward for archiving a far more difficult and challenging goal.
Probably because I've played a lot more MMOs throughout the years than you had...So because it "is so" we should accept it?

How I love that attitude.
tough mission = high reward
easy mission = low reward
easy mission = high reward
tough mission = low reward
You don't have to play 1 MMO to see that it's pretty obvious which one makes more sense.
As for your powerlevelling edit.
1. It doesn't explain the leve problem
2. There are easy ways to directly address that matter, which are already in the game.

If i recall right, they are going to be redoing SP rewards from enemies. Getting rid of Phys Level means that we won't have the tons of extra HP/MP/etc we get from being 50 phys, so enemies will pose some challenge at lower ranks. They were also supposed to be balancing the game so that you are meant to solo xp off of same-level enemies and increase the xp they give, so I'm guessing that boost would trickle up to the higher level enemies too, who will be much more difficult.
Just remember that even if you beat a high level enemy, if you have to rest for a while after every single fight it slows down the pace considerably. Striking a balance between fighting and downtime is a challenge too =P
This should be addressed. Going from R20 camp to a R30 and getting less is retarded.
I believe too, that the dev. team is aware of that problem to some degree.
I'm also very optimistic that the coming changes are going to address that.
Our producer said in his latters himself that he wants to reward a challenging playstyle.
Just hoping that they're really going to change something about that.
Well I was really surprised at how tough the r25 dungeon boss (when done at r25-30) and even some NMs can be when you are high rank, high phys level, so they do know how to make stuff that is challenging. It was so weird legitimately having trouble with something in this game and it's on the right track =P
What they need to do in order to address in-party power-leveling is make it so that the higher the gap between you and the player, the lower EXP you get. If you are more than 8-10 levels lower than the highest member in the party, you should be getting little to no XP. This would prevent powerleveling, as well as it gives them the chance to make it so that we can try for higher rewards for our efforts. I would love to battle Kobolds, but Raptors are 10x easier for MORE experience than Kobolds were giving, even though the Kobolds were harder to kill.

Insulting people in the counter argument isn't going to change their minds. It will make them stick harder to their opinion regardless of whether or not it's right, and think less of your opinion simply because you insulted them. In essence, if you want to try and change someone's mind, come up with a well thought-out response and don't be a dick.
