    Dragoon Changes

    I think the devs could have done a better job with adjusting dragoon, the only major changes were the positional requirements, increase in DoTs and a shorter cast time for jump. WHY ONLY JUMP. At least 20 seconds? I would have loved to spineshatter or DFD more on the battlefield. Or at least they could have added more jumps to our arsenal so we can choose. It just seems much more easier and boring to play the class now.

    Don't really care about the BFB since you shouldn't be getting hit or cleaved in the first place.

    The changes is so good that i have no complains at all lolz.

    These changes are likely to put DRG on top as dps. These are incredibly substantial.

    XD Honestly I wish they would have left the positional requirements... This seems like A LOT. I'm grateful, but It seems like a lot more power given than need.

    Not only is there no positional requirement~ OUR MAGIC DEFENSE HAS BEEN UPPED. That is huge to me. I'm excited.

    Agreed. The positionals were what made the class so much fun for me-- you really needed to know the mechanics of a fight and be paying close attention to what was going on at all times in order to be able to play well. Now you can just park yourself on the boss' butt and whack away. Where's the fun in that?

    Alternatively, if your tank was a jerk or the mob moved at all, they would consistently screw up your combos, prevent heavy thrust's buff or impulse's combo and then your DPS would tank.

    I don't really care about the MDEF boost either as the only difference it would make is slightly better survival in final coil and people were just complaining over the logic and pretty numbers than the actual experience. Without the pos reqs, it just seems like you're playing a rogue.

    Well they shifted the positional from Impulse Drive to Chaos Thrust but the wording for Heavy Thrust has me slightly confused:

    "Weapon skill direction requirements for the additional effect have been abolished."

    Is it lower potency from another direction? This isn't entirely clear. If it it then my complaints will easily be alleviated.
